I just wanted to say that this guy accidentally crashed that SUV into me moments later and he seemed like a really nice guy. I doubt he knew it was bannable to be honest. He role-played well with me and gave me a funny backstory on what happened. I honestly think that 90% of new players to this server would rob an ambulance just like they would a police car given the chance. So I would recommend rather than reporting them straight away unless they are absolute bastards, try and resolve it with them then if they do it again they obviously haven't joined this community with the intentions to stay permanently then report them.

Alot of his nicety will be because I locked him in the vehicle. Many thanks for impounding my vehicle. This was around the 5th time my vehicle got stolen That day.

I agree if somebody stops the vehicle apologises then sure I probably won't report, go check out gone in 20 seconds in general chat

 I have video of him getting into the vehicle the second I unlock it and drives off, This was long ago enough original uncropped versions have been deleted.

All i can say is that he tried to do it earlier. He might be a nice guy but he broke server rules, even when warned over voice he kept driving off and was found crashed down the road.
