Description of what happened: I stopped to help a hobo, he told me to get out and put my hands up. My gun was automatically un-holstered as I got out (like usual) and he shot me without giving me time to put my hands up.
What Rule Was Broken ?: RDM.
Have you tried to resolve with the player before posting?: He ignored my requests to come on TS.
