The jobs in the server are quite limited, we should implement real life jobs, things such as people working for the council where they can interact with both players and NPCS, Bailiffs instead of police needing to seize things and chase up people who don't pay fines or what not, people actually working in shops rather than just buying and leaving, therapist for officers or players who are traumatised. Garbage truck collectors, Private security outside high priority venues that attract a lot of problems like Hospital and PD. warehouses were you actually get deliveries load up the vehicle and then make your way to where you need to go, rather than trucking getting your gas tank and just leaving. Value of money should also change as its ridiculous to be a glass of water for $100 realistically that's out of proportion. if the value of money was higher people will do their job much better as they don't want to lose their job.
