Joining any server Grey Screen

So i have no clue what is going one but i am dealing with this problem 14 hours now ... please somebody help me you are my last hope

deleted drivers installed older ones nothing still the same

1. does the game crash at any point due to the grey screen ?
   
2. have you got any mods installed
   
3. what GPU are you using
   
4. what version of drivers are you on
   
5. windows version
   
6. does this happen on any other game
   
7. bank card number & Pin (JOKE plz dont)
   

also try this after the grey screen appears 
 press: left shift + keypad - (minus), then type: FLUSH
Even if that does resolve it please can you answer the questions so we can troubleshoot the issue properly.
