Jumping out of locked cars.

Last two days people have seemingly been able to get out of locked cars while in restrains. Its just easier to troll then ever before. 

EDIT:

After the last update you can no longer jump out when in the vehicle UNLESS you are restrained.

I think that if you were put in a car while in cuffs it should automatically lock you in a car
