LOA Cool (Action: No Action - Ban already issued on another report)

Description of what happened: So, me and my friend were at the vip island. They shot us before in Pygros, so we had to re-equip again. We saw them there, and they were shooting our car tires from a distance (got no proof of that, saw a chopper taking off later when the IFRIT of one of the members leaved also).
Also, LoA Cool knocked out my friend, I have a proof of that.
They said multiple times that  they are going to shoot us.

So the part where he steals my toolkit and pushes me around is cut out? If needed ill upload a video. This case has no proof. You are missing the part where you say "Suck my dick", shooting at our car, pushing me around, accusing us of shooting your tire and all that stupid stuff you said

The fact of the matter is you are videoed here breaking the rule.

You could of just left VIP island, the fact you have killed on VIP island is the issue here.
