As it stands atm, if you are clocked in at a food business, and you serve a customer, you request the payment through the till, before you pass them their order or put it in the tray.
However, the requested payment doesn't log in the webhook.
This means that, unless every single employee writes down all the requested payments, you have no way to know what your business is making while it's actively open.
Whereas you do if no one is clocked in, and people just buy from the till.
I understand that unless you put a box in to specify what you are requesting payment for, it won't be able to log WHAT they are paying for, simply that they are paying X amount, but at least the amount should be registered somewhere imo.
My suggestion is to add it to the webhook
Pros: Getting a clearer picture of what your business makes, even when open.
Cons: Dev work.
