Quick description of what happened: After an admin deleted an MXM from my inventory due to me not needing it because i am now an officer, i tried to relog as civ but everything was broken so ciaran very kindly fixed it for me but because of the fix i lost licenses and skill points but kept everything in my garage and my money.
