Lost Mohawk - Not enough money

I reported that I lost my Mohawk at the 6PM restart on Thursday. After being given 3 million for a new one at around 9PM I drove to the donator shop to discover that it is 4.5 million to purchase the Mohawk permanently as I had done before. I was wondering if I would be able to be given the additional 1.5 when ever you are free to do so. Thank you for your time and effort.
