Ok, I have a few things to state about this post:
1) You have got no proof sir (Screenshots e.t.c.) - I know its hard to get but it would help.
2) The post is very brief and doesn't state much information about your rebel gang e.t.c.
3) It has happened to me before and I'm sure a lot of us. (Its most likely just a bug sir). I do also agree, it is incredibly frustrating.

Also it sometimes jus happens my tips are never put you gun away in you pack you always end up loosing mags and sights
