Description of what happened: Just after server restart we thought we would head over to the drug seller to see if we can tax some people of their dirty drug money, when I engaged Lydholm and shouted to get on the floor numerous times he turned around and just ran away without any RP, he got back into his vehicle even though I am still shouting to get on the floor, I then shot his tires and he drove the vehicle into the water, at which point he just logged out so we could not tax him.
Have you tried to resolve with the player before posting?: No as he logged off.
