Magic Eye "action buttton"

Is it possible to add a keybind to the magic Eye function? So that when I select am action with the magic Eye button I can hit a key instead of having to move my mouse to select the action I want to perform. 

Currently when trying to perform an action on a moving target it is difficult to do and I wonder if it might be easier to limit the process to two button clicks instead of a button click and mouse move and then select a button/action. 

Its a UI thing I would like to see changed if possible at all as it would help me to be faster with my buttons.

I'm slightly confused, are you saying something along the lines of this?

1. You use the eye and select an option as per usual.

2. You hold Left Alt again and if the last option you did is still possible you can then use a keybind to quickly perform it.

Cuz if yes then it seems like a cool idea and would reduce the amount of times you have to chase npcs when trying selling drugs.

Also I'm pretty sure this suggestion format is supposed to be used btw:
