Make it so Daggers can cut zip ties and cut speeding cameras

It seems the switchblade and Normal knife can do these actions already.

Pros - You can use the weapon for the actions what it should already be able to do.

Cons- Dev work

I'm not sure if this was bug or intended so just suggested this to let Devs know if its a bug
