Description of what happened: Someone asked for a tool kit in side chat then Malcolm became very very abusive and said some things others may find very offensive.
What Rule Was Broken ?: [SIZE=medium]1A) Bullying is punished by a permanent ban without appeal[/SIZE]
[SIZE=medium]1B) Racism is punished by a permanent ban without appeal[/SIZE]
[SIZE=medium]1C) Swearing at someone outside of roleplay is not tolerated and punished by a ban[/SIZE]
Have you tried to resolve with the player before posting?: Asked him to come to TS but accused me of trying to get his IP.
