As a solicitor, I've seen all the scams.
And I also see, even when people have been found guilty, or settle out of court. They just go straight back to posting the same shitty container/vehicle scam on the marketplace.
The government should be able to revoke access to the marketplace after such an offence.
Ebay would, amazon would, etzy would.... the city should.
