I have bad news and more bad news.

1. There is no talk of shotguns in the DLC and nobody has spoken of shotguns being added to the normal game.(Like the M-900 was added in the helicopter DLC.)

2. If the calibers and classifications of the rifles are correct from the images and the wording then only 1 gun will be made public. The .300 or .308 calibered weapon which are common hunting rifle calibers. It states 5 rifles and 2 machineguns(LMGs) and since the Akina and above are full fledged snipers that means whichever of those 2 calibers is not the LMG is suitable for the public.
