I have recently experienced disconnects from the server every few minutes due to ping rising to 260. This is due to my distance from the server (South Africa). I am unable to play with my friends due to the side effects. Is it possible to adjust the ping cap to 300 to accommodate my problem? Thanks Quatical

Unfortunately not, we need to keep our ping cap in to reduce lag and desync to other users. the majority of people are from the UK and are enjoying a nice 10-30 ping to the server and thats how we wish to keep it.
There are some south african servers out there, i suggest you go in search of one so you get the best ingame experience.
