Rules​

• You will be provided with ingredients. No bringing your own ingredients. If you need something special, include it in your sign-up message.
• You may present up to 2 dishes to the judges. (Multiples of the same dish are recommended so every judge can taste.)
• Judges may love or scrutinize your food, so be prepared for feedback and to defend your creations.
• High-level cooking skills are required.
• Any leftover ingredients must remain in the restaurant.

• Only messages, no phone calls.
• Only 1 sign-up per person (though you can send multiple messages for updates). - Failing to follow the format will disqualify your application.
• This is a great opportunity to showcase your cooking skills, promote your restaurant, gain recognition and potential opportunities with the restaurant KOI
• Any leftover food will be donated to charity, no food will be wasted.
• And yes! Before you ask, yes! You will be able to cook sushi.. and others

This isn’t first-come, first-served, so take your time. Think about what you want to present to the judges… and if you’re not a top chef yet, don’t worry, you still have time!
