Description of what happened: This MaX guy started to VDM at the police HQ on a stolen quadbike. When he crashed the quadbike Mike Foxtrot pulled him out to arrest him. MaX then started to break RP by saying stuff like "What would you do if I pressed Alt + F4? Oh ups, thats an OOC term" and he later combatlogged.
What Rule Was Broken ?: 1B) Combat logging during a fire fight, resisting arrest, or when the police are in pursuit is exploiting. Logging off while downed (pending revive) is also a exploit.
3C) Out of character questions need to be written in the chat, in order to not interrupt the roleplay on the server.
Have you tried to resolve with the player before posting?: Theres nothing to resolve. It's clear that his intentions on this server is to troll.

(This is almost a must! without this you have no solid evidence, If your report is about RDM then it must be a video leading upto the RDM and after) Cut out a part where the Ifrit engine was annoying. Nothing really happened during that time.
