A few times in the last week or so, I have encountered vast piles of NPC vehicles which are spawned by people repeatedly starting NPC jobs, either to find one closer to them and thus complete quicker, or thinking it hasn't worked the first time as it can take a few seconds.
I'd like to see some sort of limitation on either the amount of active NPC jobs one mechanic can have, or a cooldown period for starting and spawning NPC Jobs (30 - 60 seconds). Both of these methods leave room for the mechanics to start more jobs, should one be glitched etc.
Most mechanics can use it sensibly, however when some don't it can really impact on the server due to piles of vehicles, which can't be impounded by the police or deleted by staff.
