Medic info for PNC

Allot of people like to rp injuries, health issues, and mental health issues. But we have no way to make them stand out on the PNC. 

I suggest a separate note box like for Any health issues or beable to make text red to make it stand out 

A Nice QOL change, will be easier for police to see them and to remember them. 

Im sure @PaintCould make it look amazing!

Would be good to have "Police Notes" which only show on the PNC. "Medical Notes" which only appear on the Medical Computer. Then "Notes" which both the PNC and the Medical Computer can see
