I don't know if this has been suggested already but i think a good implantation to the medical alert pings would be on the patient side when and if NHS accept the dispatch it could tell the person injured NHS are on the way to help, i think this has a few pro's and con's which will be listed from an NHS perspective and I'm looking to the community for there opinions on it as well.
PRO'S
1). it increases the chance of casualties staying in place if they know NHS are coming, therefore allowing us to get there before they move or give up
2). If NHS are overwhelmed and from a casualty perspective taking a while to get to them once attached they know we are coming
3). Potentially cuts down on OOC asking of NHS when someone's down if NHS are about if they know we are coming to help
CON'S
1). Dev work to implement the suggestion
2). Could be problems if NHS head pop on the way as to how the notice would work
