Message and Notification tabs

So my message and notification buttons at the top of the webpage are broken, meaning they don't open when clicking on em

pretty sure this is my side problem but just wondering if anyone has come across this and knows how to fix it.

Have you tried another browser ? or another device ?

Works on mobile, my internet explorer is taking a shit, but im almost 100% its my side, i have too many viruses to mention and am too lazy to clear them up.
