Metal detecting/treasure hunting job

Simply a job where a person buys a metal detector(could be different tiers of them as well), goes the the beach or a park and looks for jewellery and phones but mostly finds cans and other junk, where other tiers can have a bigger chance to find treasures. Similar stuff can be done with diving/fishing. 

Pros:

-Adds diversity to activities 

-Adds a reason to enjoy the beach

-RP possibilities

-can be easily balanced by changing the detector prices 

Cons:

-could be a bit hard to implement 

P. S. also can be like a side gig for people from RP factions

Panning essentially covers this, dont really see the point of copy and pasting the format for a metal detector.

I feel like if more jobs should come they should focus more on changing the current Civ meta. Majority of people just taxi or mechanic, I'd prefer a new job rather than just a farm for junk.
