MH-9 Hummingbird retrieval price

Hello,

Is there a reason the MH-9 Hummingbird costs $10,000 to retrieve? I am not complaining about the price. This is purely out of curiosity. It seems a little high for a small civilian transport. Especially compared to its buy price and relative to other vehicles and their buy/retrieval prices.

Space in hangers is expensive so to have your heli sat in the hangers costs money, they you got to pay for the mechanics and the ground service to pull it out every time which costs a lot of money.

All helicopter have somewhat of a high retrieval price since Helicopter don't allow for roleplay to take place, if you're in the air the only RP you'll get is from the passenger if you have one or when you land. 

So a high price means that people may prefer to drive and hence increase general RP.
