Missing Awards and tags

i dont know why but my 10.00 donation seems to not have gone through because it says i donated but i havent gotten any tags, awards or anything. i know its not a big deal but im pretty sure it is supposed to be automatic?

i am also missing some awards that i should have but its not really a big thing
