This server is incredibly realistic in many areas. I feel one area that is lacking, is the fact you can shout multiple car distances from one car to another with doors closed and windows down. I think the voice should travel in a realistic way similar to behind closed doors in buildings etc, or how the voice sounds when someone is stuck in the boot.
Pro's
1. This will avoid terrible low effort Altis style "initiation" of "pull over or get shot"
2. It will promote better car stalking RP, where people have to follow and wait for cars to stop before entering ultimatum style RP.
3. People sat in their cars with tinted windows with windows up talking smack to people breaks immersion. They should need to get out the car, or lower the windows to be heard and to hear whats being said.

Probably some others but i'll leave it to be scrutinized by people smarter than me
