Usable sinks would probably again make it so restaurants/taco vans are useless in that regard.

But on the flip side of this - I think it makes more sense to fill up your water bottle in your house in the sink than it does to fill it up in a fountain/neighbours pool which we can do

I would +1 this and suggest the additional feature of STAMINA LOSS. A repercussion of smoking causing the player to lose IQ in Stamina.

You could also think about giving certain food items in the city a "Fat" system, or value. eating certain foods holds certain nutrition that also causes STAMINA LOSS.

-1 on this, I want to smoke without having to go run on the treadmil every 5 minutes. I want to play the game, not work a second job.

Not sure how difficult it would be, but Roulette and Poker in the Casino would be a win.

Could make it where you can only make sandwiches & omelette's or would need to be cooking level 4/5 to be able to cook in your home.

I disagree as a restaurant owner it would just kill off anyone going into restaurants if you have them access to complex foods to cook at home

I'd say nothing like the 4 ingredient products that open resteraunts can sell, but as stated, a sandwich that maybe only fills 20-25% of your hunger would be cool.
