The map has a recording studio built in already so it would be nice for a producer or a group of producers who know what they are doing to be able to buy this and provide a platform for artists drill or not to make music. Further more this music could be purchased and placed on a USB stick which you can then put on your phone and use a APP to play through an "AUX Cord"
Music Creation
This will allow people to show some creative flair or have some fun. Producers can own the building and get a cut of all proceeds that go through the music industry or their related music industry. Just like key cutting allow them to "burn" a set of YouTube URLs onto USB sticks or sell USB sticks of pre existing LPs, Albums or singles. Once you purchase a URL song or one of the player made music ether double click the USB to use or alternatively if preferred go a computer in your house and put the songs on the USB onto your phone.
This will allow for new legal jobs as well as a new Gang Dynamic bring Drill Music possibilities as well as funding the gangs. Also allows CID to investigate some of this music

Having an App on your phone called idk some play on words for Spotify where you can upload songs onto going through other players such as a producers OR a music shop allows for you to cruise with friends in the car and them listen to the same music seamlessly. This app could then be expanded in the future especially if the music industry is to be implemented along side this ie Music Charts

Could lead to friendly competition if paired with Music Creation
Adds more jobs and possible player interaction
Cons:
Could literally just use Spotify
Car Speakers
Stock Car Speakers should remain the same where the volume is locked to 5% which is the normal volume which is the same as a whisper per say. But at los santos customs OR a player owned car mechanics you could upgrade this speakers to 25%, 50%, 75%, 100% which will slowly increase the range that the vehicles music can be heard. This paired with the top two suggestions will be fantastic for Car meets. Parties. General Hang outs and Gang locations. Imagine rolling by a car meet and theres a van with upgraded speakers blasting some music.
Pros:
Meets and Hangouts will be cooler
Paired with other two suggestions can create interesting RP dynamics (Public Disturbance/Nuisance etc)
Opens new legal Jobs (Special Mechanic Stores)
Cons:
Could lead to annoying to deal with scenarios eg music spamming areas (Could block this feature in Emergency Buildings or allow for a bindable button to allow people to turn this feature off/on on their end so if it gets annoying press the button or the F1 key and turn off this feature)
