My computer turns on but my mouse, keyboard and screen do nothing..

holy fuck it's got PS/2 ports. Yeah no on-board video unfortunately, so in that case when following my advice obvs leave the gpu connected and disconnect and remove everything else you can. You only really need the mobo, cpu, ram, and gpu to get a single POST beep, no hdd should have it just sit at a boot device prompt.
