New interior for Lucky Plucker

Hello there

I would like to see if there is a chance of getting a new MLO implemented into the city for Lucky Plucker.

Lucky Plucker has had the same MLO for a while, and it would be nice for a refurb.

I have found a nice MLO that could give Lucky Plucker a bit of colour and spice to the city.
