Would it be possible for NHS to have slightly larger pockets when booked on shift?
Say 65 rather than 50 just due to the sheer amount of bandages clots etc we can go through at a mass casualty event, I know we have a med bag to refill from but we don't always have much room left out of the 50 by the time we carry our basics plus some food and water.
