As of tonight the CMO's decided to bring an end to the NHS-Police Recruitment Drive as a lot of people who joined the NHS the normal way (applying on the forums and then coming to the interview stage) felt that it was unfair to them, additionally to that there where a lot of problems caused by people just coming on NHS patrols for fun and messing about and not actually doing their job while there were multiple people waiting on medics.
What does that mean to you if you want to join the NHS? If you are a normal player nothing has changed for you, however if you are a SPC or higher in the Police it means that you no longer can skip the interview and have to apply through the forums and turn up and do the full interview.
