Anyone in any faction will not be kicked out due to their age, just no one new

Just to clarify all of the above (or below) into a single post:

All factions are now 16+ as per the decision by management.  Under 16s that are currently in the faction won't be removed, however, should they leave/get kicked etc, then they will not be able to re-apply
