Not able to view Nhs Forums (Rejected)

That's because you don't have access to it. You only have permissions to view the "NHS public information" until you join NHS.

As Esteban already mentioned, the NHS Forums are only for people who are actually part of the NHS. Exception to this is the Public Information, this can be viewed by everybody. Same goes for Police and UNMC.
