Panning Skill?

Make panning a skill which is able to be levelled up.

Detailed Suggestion:
Hello everyone,

I think panning had jumped off a cliff recently and I barely ever see anyone doing it anymore, In my opinion panning is very much a skill just like mining, fruit picking or fishing, so I'm thinking if we could make panning a level able skill which has perks it could bring panning back to life.

for instance like -
Maybe per level you could find items that you could not find before? maybe you could get a small increase on the quantity of the items found?

Gives people something to work for.

Dev Work

Does this suggestion change balance on the server ?

I used to be a pan enjoyer, the pay was decent and the stuff you got in the quantities you got it was useful. recently the loot you get from panning is has been underwhelming, for example 37 copper ore in an hour is not great. it would be nice to have a skill to increase loot gained from panning, or improve panning in general.
