In your own words, please type why you think you were banned.
The exact reason I was banned for as stated by Vladic when he dragged me into a room was because members of my gang had just mass RDM’d and I was being banned as a precaution in-case I ever wanted to do it. I accepted this and said goodbye.
What have you been upto in the last 6 months+ ?
Since my ban I haven't really spoken to anyone i know from aluk. I have helped out with development for a few Altis servers here and there, one major one being Ground Wars. (It's not a public server just a Altis Life mission made from scratch (Ciaran knows more details however i would not like to publish it here). I have been playing PUBG, Fortnite and pretty much working because i do long days. I hop on Arma when i can but i just haven't been feeling it the last few months. I have Been playing tycoon games such as prison architect and a semi-new one called Production Line
Why do you want to return ?
I would like to return as this would have been my only ban on record, I haven't ever caused issues here and it is never my intention too. If i was still here today i would have been here for just over 2 years now which is a great deal of time and the most time i would have spent in any community. I understand why i was banned and i couldn't really argue against it, i wouldn't like to say i left on bad terms however since i have been banned i did contact Wilco once about an issue with a community elsewhere and he didn't exactly seem happy with something i said elsewhere (Explained below). I would like to come back and play on the server and speak with my mates again.
Why should we unban you ?
I would like to be unbanned because I simply would like to play and talk to my friends again. As far as I’m aware this is my only ban on record here.
You may be wondering why I never did an appeal eailer, I’ll be honest and say this, within my time playing arma this community by far has the biggest drama going on, somthing which I tend not to get involved in but it’s like once you were involved it was hard to get yourself out of it. This is somthing I didn’t like here but somthing I have also missed, this is one of the reasons why I have left it some time before appealing.
As it goes on everyone knows that when someone gets banned from this server they like to shittalk it and you get the kids like Alex Jackson who think it’s still cool to go on team-speak and troll people...
Although I would like to say I haven’t actually done anything either there is one thing I may have done which could affect my chance of being here. This is something Wilco may ask me about and here is an awnser;
When playing on reborn, I said In sidechat “selling RPUK mission file” (just fyi I didn’t actually have the mission file as I deleted it after I stepped down from development team, I think DJ may have seen me do it, however not to sure, but I held my word with Wilco on this one and deleted it)
The chat convo went somthing like this,
Player: is that rpuk dev fallen ?
Fallen: Selling RPUK mission file msg me
This was my way of saying yes as a joke, but i guess it wasn't exactly funny.
This is one thing I would never do, trust is a big thing I and really appreciated the fact that I was given that, although I may no longer have it. Even if I were to have the mission file, I wouldn't betray Ciaran like that, He has put time and effort into that mission and just like with any of your mates I would never let him down.
I would also like to add im happy to talk with Wilco about the mission file thing if he would like.
When joining the police for the 3rd time I was put on a lot of restrictions due to the fact of the people I played with, again I can’t really argue that, and accepted this. I was pretty much told that when joining I probabaly wouldn’t make it past SGT. somthing I really wanted to do was join the constab “Academy” who at the time in charge was Fluqi. I had a chat with him about me joining and although me and Fluqi were mates he just couldn’t let me in because of the access I would have within the police. Anyway later down the line after multiple chats with command I was given the chance to join academy, in which I later reached the rank of SI, I would like to say that upon joining the police I want trusted but later down the line I was. What I’m getting at is I know I may play with some people who are really not trusted and cause problems however I’m not like that.
Another question that I may get asked is “Where you aware of what was happening etc/ did u take part”
No I wasn’t, like I said eailer I was just on aluk TS while it was happening and after it had Happend (again I was unaware it actually happend) Vladic dragged me told me what had happend and issued the ban on me
