Ket Blanket Ban
What have you been upto in the last 6 months+ ?
Hasn't been 6 months since I was banned however in the time I have been banned I've played a different server with some old mates ad well as fortnite.
Why do you want to return ?
I want to return to this server as it is the one that got me into arma proprely In the first place, without playing here I wouldn't know any of the people I speak to on a daily basis now. Out of all of my time spent on arma (which is way to much) I would say that more than half of it was spent within this community.
I would also like the opportunity to join the police or any whitelisted faction for that matter as with the terms of my last unban I was unable to join the factions which is the only reason I was in KET in the first place as to be honest I was extremely burnt out when it came to being a rebel. I had previously been in the police and enjoyed it greatly, I never really wanted to join the NHS as that type of RP didn't really appeal to me but after trying it elsewhere it was enjoyable and can be a laugh when patrolling with a couple of mates.
Why should we unban you ?
Before going to write this appeal I went and looked through some of the appeals posted by the others who were in KET and I kept seeing the words "toxic" and "disgusting" pop up and to be honest I don't really know where it's come from the gang from what I heard and saw wasnt toxic towards anone, please do tell me if I'm missing something.
I also saw the other ts mentioned in an appeal and that was purely used because of KEVIN being banned from the RPUK ts so we used a 3rd party one. Any form of racism that was apparently in descriptions had nothing to do with me as I never had admin to do that type of thing.
When the bans happened it went around that one of the reasons for it was that we were involved in mass RDM and honestly have no idea what this specifically means, I was never involved in any RDM situation if it was referring to wedding situation thend I don't belive that was RDM as we were the ones that got initiated on but I digress.
In terms of the gangs RP standards I completely hold my hands up to that and agree that gang was skimming the border of what was acceptable rp standards and in other cases falling short of the standards that we should have been following and with the amount of time I have spent here I persobally should have kept to a very high standard of RP which is what I would normally do, I did get in trouble once for a poor initiation but I immediately corrected that after and didn't slip up again.
I would like to say that I'm sorry for what has happened and for letting myself be appart of this poor rp as this is not what this server is about, I would love the chance to prove that I can RP and can be a member of the community again and hopefully allowed to join the police if I am given the opportunity.
