In your own words, please type why you think you were banned.

I was banned for combat logging, after being killed by a police officer. The reason for combat logging was admittedly due to my lack of forethought.

What have you been upto in the last 6 months+ ?

A vast amount of time has elapsed since I was banned (Just under 3 years), and just less so since I last appealed (2 years ago) so I couldn't possibly say, as a lot happens in a year let alone 3.

Why do you want to return ?

I thoroughly enjoyed playing on this server. When I first joined, I clocked most of my hours into Arma on it. I would like the opportunity to do so again. When I was banned, I was quite disappointed as I spent a lot of my free time on the server.

Why should we unban you ?

After having appealed this ban 3 times, I figured I wouldn't be able to rejoin. The opportunity to appeal this permanent ban is a great one for me. I wish to continue engaging in the server as I previously did. This rule was the only one I broke in my time on the server and I shan't be doing so again.

I was being chased by a policeman(s) for stealing a car that belonged to another policeman. We stopped in a field to gain an advantage and then I proceeded to tell them to "Get out of the car", the officers exited with weapons equipped, I was outnumbered and in defense I shot in their direction, they proceeded to fire back and killed me

If you were in a similar situation, other than the combat logging is there anything else you think you could improve on?

I appear that seems like I was idly shooting without thought, I’m not aware myself if that was the case as I can’t completely remember the situation, but If I did that was a poor mistake on my part and I apologise. 

I also probably should have tried contacting the victim in time with the report, which I admit fault to

I am unaware of having been banned in the first instance for combat logging, as that is the ban I am currently appealing, which merited a permanent ban. I am fairly sure that this was the first thing I was banned for, obviously I cannot remember vividly as it was such a long time ago. I have apologised for my actions and there is little more I can say apart from that I don't plan on repeating any poor decisions and want to try to make reparations.

I'd like you to explain to me in no less than 250 words why we have these rules in place and why they are important?

If I'm happy with the reply, I will issue you a last chance under the terms you start fresh i.e (money, cars, licenses) ect?

You can deny my appeal, I haven't the time to tell you something you already know just to be stripped of what I earned so long ago when I want to revisit your server and continue as I could. If I wanted to start fresh, i would have played *****.
