In your own words, please type why you think you were banned.

I was banned becuase i was in a different teampeak and was in a channel with people who were trolling the forums and talking about stolen mission files. I was banned because i was in the channel while it was happening, i had no say in what was happening and personally did nothing to troll or anything like that.

What have you been upto in the last 6 months+ ?

I have been sat in teamspeak speaking to friends since the ban occured.

Why do you want to return ?

I want to return to RPUK because i have been away now for about 2 weeks and i have really really missed it. I have alot of friends here who i miss playing with all of the time and would like to return to doign that. I want to return because i had nothing to do with what was happening but unfortunately was present when it happened. I personally would never do that.

Why should we unban you ?

Ok , so i strongly believe that i should be unbanned because i personally should not have been 1.6d, I did not do anything wrong that was malicious towards RPUK and i was simply present while it happened. I understand that when it was happening i should have just disconnected and kept away from the situation. Nothing like this would ever occur from me personally because im not that type of person. I should be unbanned because i believe i was wrongly banned.

@CozzaUnbanAppeal by opening this you ignored our staff team when you approached them

So how about you approach this with cutting the bullshit and explain why you and lacey was posting on and hawking the forums on a day you, lacey, enzrah and reece smurf was in a room together telling people not to join this community and advising you have our mission file and bragging that you all gave vlad vodka the password to DJ's dev server ?

You have approached this by playing the victim rather than explaining what happened in that teamspeak room, You also posted a goodbye thread advising you left the community so why even bother with an unban appeal also for something which is quite serious ?

Also explain the troll forum account, why didn't you come on here and advise our staff team that someone in your teamspeak room was doing this ?

No of course you wouldn't, You do not care about this community you do not care about being unbanned.

To start off @Wilco i had absaloutly nothing to do with the mission file at all.... yes i was in the channel and stuff but i had no say in what was happening and in terms of my leaving post that was just plane stupid and i should not have put that up, i want to come back becvause this is my favourite server and where i like playing the most and have many friends here

 
No i didn't as at the time i didnt even know what he meant , i know nothing about misson files and stuff so i dont know what i was meant to say , i should of just left the teamspeal but i was therew to speak to lacey and it just so happens reece joined and started chatting about that stuff

Any of my friends here could tell you that i have no clue when it come to stuff like mission files and stuff i have no idea @Wilco

No i dont, like i said ... i was there to speak to lacey and thats it, reece joined and was talking about some mission file tht he stole or something and thats all i know about , i know nothing about mission files or anything like that either so i didn't know that it woupd of been relevant to staff.

@Wilco theres not much more that i can say ... i know nothing about mission files and stuff so i didn;t know it was relevant , i personally done nothing wrong and was simply there to speak to lacey , only thing i can say is sorry for not reporting it to staff when he said it. If id known it was sometihng bad then i would have.

 
Thats why John1985... went straight to comment on yours and laceys profile before submitting a troll unban appeal.

In fact the person who did it was in the same teamspeak room talking to you, and you know nothing about it....... Stop playing dumb Cozza its not getting you anywhere.

 
We do not deal with appeals via people who are not involved, there is nothing wrong with your account this end so respond when you have sorted your issues out.

I also do not add anyone on steam apart from the management team / personal friends

Sorry about the long reply my forum account bugged out on my end. 

What i was gonna say was what Ryy said for me, the person who did it may have been in the channel with me , however they didn't say they were gonna do it and still havn't told me it was them or anything like that to this day.

And the only reason i added you on steam was too tell you i couldnt reply due to a bug.

As for the stolen mission file i have never once logged onto dj's dev server nor did i know the password, I have no clue what mission files are. I wouldn't know where to start with using one let alone stealing one. 
Me nor Lacey have never once told people not to join rpuk. I made my leaving post out of frustration in the heat of the moment, it was silly and i shouldn't of done it. I personally wouldn't be apart of a fake account for John Dillinger as i got on well with John. 
All i can do is apologise for not using my head and not reporting it to staff and not disconnecting from ts when it was mentioned. Me and Lacey was having are own conversation and was watching my video from me being banned as i didn't understand what i did wrong and i knew Lacey would. Having there own conversation was Reece and Andy, they was talking about the mission files but like i said we was having are own conversation and didn't really understand what mission files are. That was the first me and Lacey heard about mission files and to be honest it all happened so fast, We was speaking one minute about rules and my leaving post, then next it said we was 1.6. If i'm honest i'm still not actually sure what even happened with that situation. I only now understand that Reece did something with djs server as i have spoke to him as its on my ban notes and i wasn't sure what he had done. I have never trolled rpuk and never will. Its abit immature and i don't see the point in doing it.
But again all i can do is apologise for not taking myself out of the situation when this was being spoke about. I would never put myself in this situation again but lets say hypothetically speaking if this happened again i would leave the situation and report it straight to staff... what i should of done from the very beginning and i sincerely apologise for this mistake.

 
@CozzaUnbanAppeal i find it a little fishy that you are writing these appeals while sat in a room with someone who has signed up 50+ forum accounts, trolls these forums regularly (Enzrah) ... Who uses without permission a personal picture of Vladic and his wife as his teamspeak avatar.... (Sure you've noticed that)

Your ban was for RDM, that is clear cut but i do not believe for a second you and Lacey was not involved that day, before the trolling happened and you were posting in your goodbye thread i knew about the mission file issue and that Reece had been advising people not to join this server earlier that day (that landed him on the no appeals list)

We haven't even got onto the RDM issue yet, I still think your trying to play the innocent card here and it just isn't working, So i think you need to start coming clean.. you wasn't an innocent bystander in that teamspeak room, While all the trolling and the discussions was going on you was active on your thread and even posted the following which is indirectly advertising a server that has no personal direction other than to be the best imitation copy of roleplay.co.uk they can be.

Drop the card, You know like some of these tinpot admins you find elsewhere I ve been doing this a long time and I am naturally good at knowing when someone is telling fibs!

What a waste of my time when it could be spent on people who actually want to rejoin for the right reasons!

Another management team member was just checking our PM keyword notifications and can see a flag of you asking another member @Conza to join a different teamspeak of another community also in the same PM you refer to our Police members as "stuck up cunts" (Yesterday on your appeal account)

I also send a warning to Conza that in the PM's there is a report button... it is clickable!
