I was banned for being an idiot, thinking that i could get away with it.

I was banned because i duped an LRPS

What have you been upto in the last 6 months+ ?

I have been playing other games for the most part ( heroes & generals, CSGO, planetside 2) and studying.

Why do you want to return ?

I would like to return because i miss the server, never thought that I would miss it this much but indeed i do. I miss talking to people, meeting new people and coming up with new roleplay stories everyday.
I would also like to return because there are so many people that i haven't spoken for months who i really miss and it would be nice if i could play with them again.
Also it is one of the few server where roleplay is the most inportant thing which i miss because believe me or not you get bored of the gun fights after a while.

Why should we unban you ?

I think you should unban me because i am not the old "let's frag them" jhonny anymore i have matured. Also i know this is not my first mistake i have made on this server but i hope it was my last because it isn't worth it. And yes over all i just miss everything and i hope that who ever is reviewing this is wanting to give me an other chance (not that i really deserve it) but anyway i am hoping that i get one.

So why did you do it knowing that it is extremely hard to get unbanned once caught.

I have a list of people that are duping or have duped and a lot of members will be in hot water very soon, but lets start with you what do you think is going to happen now for you to be unbanned and whats going to stop you from doing this again in the future ?

 
Well you are most likely going to reset my acount cause you don't know what is made legit and what is duped etc which is fair and i am not going to do it anymore because i just mis playing the server at the time a lot of people did it and no one got caught but i won't do it anymore it is not worth it. 

 
Yes indeed, everything reset and no starting balance and i expect no one to lend a hand... to get started your punishment is to walk back and forth to peach and apple fields to make your living (If anyone helps you... then ill do a further reset)

Now its no hidden secret you frequent with some quite toxic people who behave like children (some still signing up with childish names for some unknown mental personal issues) and you are not stranger to getting banned here and elsewhere, You will be given one last chance however any bans no matter how small will result in a permanent ban with no future appeals.

You will properly chuck this away by duping again or being a twat in a status update one day soon or even worse thinking this is a server where you can go round shooting with little to no RP like you have in the past.

A quick throwing out there of your name and the staff team know your name, and I sense from there responses you haven't conducted yourself very well in the past.

I am not sure we should waste our time TBH, wasn't aware of this 1.6 ban from only the start of this year, I will be fair and decide later once I have done some more digging.

 
well the first picture of vladic wasn't ment to be wat is was it was supposed to be a funny picture of vladic but i didn't know at the time that on the top right it said that the comunity was dying i am very sorry about that it wasn't ment to be that. and about chris i was drunk people told me to do it and i did it i am sorry for that to.

 
@Jhonny Franklin you make yourself out to be so innocent, you put that first picture on the forums when your friends were trolling Vladics stream and also signing up-to the forums posting images or anything else there narrow minded heads could process when knocked together.

The permanent unban area of this forum is where there is a zero tolerance on bollocks, We will have straight talk only please here.

 
I just found it funny when vladic was rubbing his nipples didn't realise that it was there you can ask @Vladic Ka himself i never troll his stream neither did i do that day i wasn't with people who were trolling his stream because i find that very childish.

With all things being considered along with your previous reports for poor roleplay I need some time to decide on this one.

 
To show how much i want to get back on the server tell me who did childish things i will remove them of my steam to show you that i don't associate with them

 
No its not about that, sometimes you know when people act up around others to earn some type of online kudos and as you've already admitted above you were swayed into similar actions in posting some childish "snake" comments on the forums.

I am also hearing negative vibes from multiple staff team members about dealings they've had with you in the past and the type of un-needed cocky attitude they received.

With that in mind and based on the mutiple duping which we would need to spend time checking your account occasionally i consider this ban not worthy of our personal time required going forward.

Denied.
