In your own words, please type why you think you were banned.

I was banned because of my pure immaturity and general bad behaviour while I was playing on the server. When I was playing on the server I was advertising, by this, I mentioned another community. Also, I used a racial slur which was from a meme and I was relating to but I understand that isn't an excuse and isn't tolerated considering I was fifteen at the time and should have known better.

What have you been upto in the last 6 months+ ?

Over the last ten months, I have been playing basically no ArmA and just PUBG and studying for one of my GCSE's that I passed luckily when I was in year 10. I have taken up a new hobby and got back into basketball. Overall I have just been chilling and laying off games for a while because I was taking ArmA way too seriously and getting mad when I died and doing stupid stuff and this ban is a prime example, to be honest. It's been ten months since I have played, I'm now sixteen and have matured a lot and I believe personally I am mature enough to come back and play if I wasn't I wouldn't be writing this. I

Why do you want to return ?

I want to return because mainly I miss the genuine fun from a good RP server and also I am coping with a lot of stress at the moment with exams etc. I know everyone has to do them but I just want to play this because I know that it will help me zone out of stress and make me enjoy myself and just have fun. Trust me I know I said a racist word that I know is unacceptable but it's ten months later, I don't use that word because I know its bad and racist. I miss the RP as a whole, the pure rush of being initiated on and the fear of being robbed at the trader. I just want to get back to a healthy community and get going. Like I said I want to get back to have a great time (which I know the server can provide) and be able to forget the stress of exams that I will be sitting soon.

Why should we unban you ?

I think that you should unban me because from what I can remember I was extremely immature and naive, I just wanted my way and if that wasn't happening I guess I had a little cool down by saying stuff I shouldn't. I can definitely assure you that won't happen again because I'm a year older and I have changed quite a bit in terms of maturity levels and respect levels. I know a year or ten months isn't too much but it was enough for me personally to change and have a break from games and change for a bit then come back on and hopefully try again without risk of me messing up. I can promise that there won't be any issues with me because of I have changed and also I'm a fair player and if I do have a problem I sort it out without any arguements.

I know that I only made a unban request a few days ago but that was because I didn't know that there was a perminant ban appeal, so I just kept making average unban appeals.

I think that you should also unban me because of the fact that during the ten months I have been ban I did join another community for around 4 months In which I grew my RP skills and learnt how to play ArmA 3 RP servers effectively and fair. This was the first ever RP server I attempted to play and literally the first roleplay based game/server I had ever played in my life at the time so I just didn't know how to act. Of course, this isn't an excuse because you don't see someone act the way I did in public, and this helped me understand, adapt and change my behaviour while I had been ban and playing another server. On the other server, I obviously made some mistakes that had landed me in trouble but that was at the start of my 4 months playing, within around 2 weeks I understood right from wrong and never got in trouble again. Basically what I am trying to say is that I have the hang of roleplay now and I will make no mistakes while on the server again and I can assure this. I apologise to Robby personally for having to deal with me and wasting not only his time but the servers time and the people I affected at the time. Thanks ;)

@kdowe you are very mistaken if you think playing on the community you advertised is "experience", As from the name its not about roleplay and has a very toxic player base.

Completely different to Roleplay UK in many many ways including morals and ethics.

I also do not understand how experience on a roleplay server can teach you that being racist is wrong, surely you knew this when you was 15 ? Did they not teach you that in school at a very early age ?

I can completely see where you are coming from and I agree but, in all 100% of my honesty at the time I didn't believe that what I said was a bad as I realise it is now. But I did know it was a bad word and shouldn't be said within communities such as this and I knew that I shouldn't have done it but my younger self thought that because I was online it wouldn't affect me but obviously, it did. I learnt from my mistake after I had been banned and talked to another admin later on and talked about the incident and I understood and took my ban.

With the advertising, I have no excuse same as the racist word that I used in-game. I knew that what I was doing was bad, but I proceeded to do that and I can admit this because if I do get back to the server I want it to be through truth. I completely take responsibility for my actions and like I said I apologise to those who I affected and wasted their time.

When I was 15 I did know that it was wrong but not as bad as I now know it is because I saw it being said often on the music I listened to and the movies and videos I watched. I do not say that word at all since I talked to my parents a while back and they explained to me why it is bad and why I have no right to say it.

 
I will happily come to TeamSpeak to talk because I understand that you may want to talk to me regarding why I am ban and to make sure I am not that type of person anymore because I am desperate to join the community and show that I am a mature and friendly enough player now.

 
@Wilco Oh, yea that was when I went on holiday to France and I told my little brother who was 13 at the time, that he can play my pc while I was gone. Well, I get back to my pc to find a file on my desktop called 420 cheats and a game ban on my steam account. It bothered me in terms of my steam account looking worse but too be honest I was getting bored of csgo so I wasn't that mad.

Anyway moving on.... You decided that you sucked in CSGO and wanted to improve your rank and rather than get better at the game and approach it different ways (which is part of the fun of competitive gaming) you decided to go buy some tool and become a "script kiddy" and got caught out because you was too obvious.

@Wilco that genuinely isn't the case I said earlier that I'm not going to lie. I understand your concern but that's just the truth and I don't really know how to tell you if you don't believe me because that's what happened and if you can't do that then I don't know what to do...

Anyway, it's my brother I'm nice enough to let him play my pc because he asked me, I am not going to tell him that he can't because I have a close relationship with him and let him borrow and use some of my stuff and I highly doubt he read that terms and conditions or where ever you retrieved this source from. also if I suck at a game I simply don't play it and move on, why should I ruin others fun because I am not good? I have the common sense not to play it.

I apologise if you don't believe me but it is what it is and I'm willing to accept that.

@Wilco I don't understand the extreme significance of my steam game ban anyway or how it would affect the server, if you are concerned that I would use cheats/tools on this server the answer would be no because if I was I would just ban evade or have a game ban from ArmA instead of counter strike global offensive.

@Wilco Please ask me anything that you are concerned about because although I'm rather desperate to be back into the community, I want you to feel like and know that you have made the correct decision. I'm free to talk on Teamspeak if you need to, considering the reason for my ban.

 
@kdowe well you know the saying once a cheater always a cheater, combine that with what you did on the server (Racism/Advertising) you do not come across as a player that would fit in here or a player we would want in our community.

We will not be issuing an unban.
