In your own words, please type why you think you were banned.
I was originally banned for Racism and Micspam. This was an absolute mistake and a really stupid thing to do. I was then community banned because someone made a forum account with a free vpn service which I used aswell and got the same IP as me. The forums marked it as me and I got banned. I did however discuss this with Xkan and he does believe me in that it wasn't me. I also got caught yesterday for ban evading. Which is really stupid of me to do.
What have you been upto in the last 6 months+ ?
I’ve been busy with school since I went to college. Besides that I’ve been working almost every day and when I wasn’t working or at school I was usually with friends or playing League with my mates. I still continued to play arma 3 however I played alot less then I used to play arma.
Why do you want to return ?
I want to return to play on the server since I’ve always really enjoyed playing arma 3 on this server. I started playing in 2014/2015 and met people which I still talk to sometimes. I’ve played around +- 1200 hours on the server. I still have some friends on the server which I would really like to play with again. Also 2 of my real life friends keep asking me to play on here since they only like this server.
Why should we unban you ?
Well there is 3 things that happened leading to where I am right now:
1st: Racism / Micspam | Banned by Mattch
I received this ban in August I believe. I was on teamspeak bored and I started whispering some of my friends. They eventually muted me so I started to whisper other people. I started whispering Mattch ( We were friends in academy). I whispered him and got no reply so I decided to play a soundboard of someone saying a racial slur. This was absolutely a dumb idea. I really do regret doing this since you don’t know how people feel about this topic. Before realising it was a stupid idea I was already banned.
2nd: Community ban by CI Xkan | 29 october 2017
The reason I received this ban was because someone made a forum account with the same IP address I once connected to the forums with. I got this IP from a VPN. I used a free VPN server for a while to watch netflix and play a game which wasn’t playable in the netherlands. I was also using a VPN since I would play with people which I didn’t trust having my IP (on ts). I had no reason to troll on the forums since at this point I had left RPUK behind me.
3rd: Ban evading | Banned by tomthedoge
This happens the 2nd of January. My real life friend who wanted to play with me on this server for a while now called me and said that arma was on sale. I came up with the idea to play with my real life friends on the second account. I then saw people on the server that I knew. Most of them in the police force. I then decided to join the police force. I made a forum account and applied for the cops. This is were I was caught. It was a very stupid attempt to come back. I realised this was extremely stupid and decided to do it the fair way. I’ve also realised that it will only backfire on me.
