In your own words, please type why you think you were banned.

I was banned because i was part of the gang Ket on the roaster (didn't played with them a lot , or kindda at all ).

What have you been upto in the last 6 months+ ?

6 months haven't passed but until now i have been studying and playing some other games with some of my friends .

Why do you want to return ?

I enjoy playing on this community , i made some friends and maybe i can spend more time with them over here .

Why should we unban you ?

I as an individual did NOT break any rules what so ever . The only mistake that i made was being part of a gang that was blanket banned . I can not see in to the future what may do . I have no part in this and this is why i feel i should be unbanned . The only way i could make sure this thing doesn't happen again is by possibly choosing a better gang to join. Of course i had no idea this was happening so therefore is was unpreventable. I know that you may think that i just copy and paste the answer to this question but this is why i really think i should be unbaned .
Another thing that i want to explain are the name "HereToFragButICant" and the logs that are saying that i was active during the event .
First thing first , the name , i used that name on a team death match server because some of my friends were laughing at me because i wasn't a really good "fragger " and the reason why i joined the server with this name is because i don't have multiple profiles , i have only one and i change the name from that one . After i realised my mistake I logged off and changed the name and i should have payed more attention .
The second thing is my activity , I know that i logged one day before the ban but i wasn't really aware of any wrong doings in the gang because i wasn't spending time with them in the TS channel . I was just joining from time to time to talk to some of my friends and play with them ( my friends , not with the rest of the gang ) plus my activity meant logging in , check if anyone that i know is online or just play like 30 min in the morning with a friend or 2 .

Alright where to start. You have made quite a name for yourself, starting of as the sweet soft spoken PC you were back in the day to an unskilled 'fragger'. Your teammates should be happy with that as fragging in military lingo means killing an unpopular member of your own unit.

Based on your gang history and steam friends list you have quite a history of hanging out with the other fragger boys who tend to show the bare minimum of RP. So tell me why should we waste our time on this appeal? What makes you any different from the minimum RP fragger?

About the term " fragging" i found out recently and i know what it means now , but the targets were in general superior officers how were disliked .

Yes , I won't deny that i spent a lot of time with " fraggers" and i am gonna be honest and say that I enjoyed a good gunfight ( at the base this is a military simulator) from time to time but I grow tired of gunfights and started to search for more for RP scenarios , found some of them enjoyable and some of them less enjoyable but if i surrender myself with people that are classified as "fraggers" it dosen't mean that i am a "fragger" myself and i enjoy only gunfights . Maybe this is an unsatisfactory but i just want to say that i enjoy the roleplay here and maybe i can play in the community and if this will be a waste of time is up to you or any of the staff members .

Not that convincing indeed. About your name, what made you chose it? The term snake is often used rather negatively amongst certain players, especially those you associate with. So why pick that name?

Also why associate with a gang of players who are known for showing the bare minimum of RP if you are searching for good RP scenarios?

 
The reason why i chose the name SNAKE was to scare people , if they were breaking rules they won't even bother with me because they will think that i will report them to the staff so i saw this name as a win-win situation because this name can keep me away from people that are breaking rules and so I don't need to go and report anything to the staff members .  To crate the image of a "Snake" (a person who denounces someone) so they will be scared .

The reason why i joined the gang was simple i had some friends in the gang and i usually spend time only with them that is all , but i am not gonna blame them for my decisions , it was my choice and i have to suffer the consequences of my actions , and from time to time I was just logging in with a friend , Quartz , and we were just flying around maybe trying to find someone to rob and from trying to rob them we managed to have some roleplay and even helped them with the "run" . So the major reason why i joined this gang were the friends that i had in .

What about the part Mr "Peter Supreme" where you are already banned for game hack 38 on another account? You just going to forget about that part yeah?

 
No i don't forget about this and i am aware of it and i knew that it will be a pain in the back .

So yeah i was banned for gamehack 38 but i joined around a year ago on the first server just to see if i am sill banned because from what i know (been told ) the gamehack 38 can't be removed by any of the staff and to my surprise i joined and managed to connect and after that i played for a little bit but after that i got the idea that maybe this is a mistake so i joined the support channel where i spoke with if i am right i think was Fluqi and explained him the situation that i wasn't banned on the first server but on the second i was and ask him what should i do he said that i will need to make an unban appeal and explained him even further and i asked if i get approval from the management team maybe i can join back with a new account so the asked Wilco if he can come so can i ask him if i can join the community back with a new account and Wilco said that is allright if the new account has a new background story and is a " new person " . This is what happed and if wouldn't got the approval i wouldn't have joined back .( I don't really know if they will remember but this is what happend nad how it happend ) plus to go under the radar for almost 1 year ? That is not too much , i would think that would got caught in less then 2-3 months . Plus i got reported a while ago a long time ago i don't think that everyone just over looked the fact this was a second account , it had in that period only one game that was Arma 3 and the IP was the same .

Okay, just had a double check, all clear. 

Moving forward,

I see no past bans or warnings / history, however as you've stated you do enjoy a good gunfight, which is fair due to the nature of the game but I'd like to see you being known for your roleplay. Concerns me that you may just be one of these "Fraggers" that was in the gang. Maybe if you are serious about rejoining the community and are here for the roleplay, I can refer you to @Nalurah for the NHS program?

 
The NHS rehab program means you can't use illegal guns for a time until reaching a certain rank within the NHS. Are you willing to sign up for this program?

 
I'm finding out here that you are currently blacklisted already for the NHS.

I mean this is a program introduced to help benefit people and improve, and show to us that they can change and offer high quality roleplay.

However,  NHS program terms result in no Illegal weapons and reaching a specific rank.

Here is the best part. I'm sure you're aware that in the NHS you can't carry / use weapons. Yet you got blacklisted for carrying a weapon and a carrier rig?

You can't follow basic NHS rules about carrying a weapon yet want to be apart of the NHS progam. I simply couldn't trust you. Especially since "I don't give a fuck if I get removed from the medics"

If you don't care about your time in the medics when you wasn't banned I'm not going to waste the time of the NHS command and the staff team.

Appeal in 6 months from your date of ban.
