So tell me. If i happen to steal somebodys car and paint it, will the paint be locked on?

No thats not what he is asking, he is asking if he or someone else steals a vehicle and changes the colour on it, will the vehicle stay that colour for the real owner or will it go back to its original colour, thats what he was asking.

Also something ive wondered about aswell

If someone resprays your car to different color and he leaves it somewhere after restart the car will have colour it was changed to.
