Police unable to impound "bought" vehicles.

Pretty simple really. 

Wasn't able to impound any vehicle that wasn't AI spawned, unless I personally owned it and even then it was hit or miss. Trying to clean up the streets but they just weren't despawning even after the crouch animation and the message above the map stating it had been impounded.

Fixed in the development build, issue was the vehicle wasn't set a persistent entity. Thank you for reporting this issue, as it highlighted issues in other scripts as well!
