Police - Water Cannon RCV

The polices water cannon has no sirens, the base vehicle in vanilla GTA has sirens, can this please be fixed somehow to allow it to use sirens of any type would be useful? The vehicle is only storable at Vespucci due to its size so it often needs to some kind of escort to get around the city safely at speed.
