Description of what happened:
I was standing in Athira police station waiting for people in my PA to connect and Pr0kill3r kept coming saying 'Officer is gay' and 'you are all gay'.
What Rule Was Broken ?:
Rule 1 - not really bullying but it is against the adult community rule..

We expect people to show respect, act like an adult, and if there is a disagreement then disagree in a noble and adult manner.
Have you tried to resolve with the player before posting?:
