With the new update, time saves over restart/logout in prison. Does that mean we can logout without it being classed as combat logging or does the combat logging rule still apply while in prison?

Yes you can log out while in prison, unless doing so would break another rule. For example if somebody is breaking you out of prison to kidnap you and you logged out, that would be combat logging.

I would imagine logging out instantly would be combat logging though, not sure.
