Problem with my unbanning

HI i was just wondering if i could get this problem fixed, about 2-3 days ago whilst i was at work i had an appeal accepted to become unbanned. however when i came to play today the server still refused me entry but said i was unbanned on the message it showed by greg on the 21/11/2015. its really frustrating me as all i want to do is play with my friends but i can't.
